    食为半边天

     
    那天跟一个老外聊到饮食，他的理论蛮有趣，他说人类应该吃体型比人类小的物种，如鸡，鱼等小型动物和瓜果蔬菜，而不应该吃大型动物才有利于健康，因为人类最初被设计成这个尺寸大自然是有意安排好的。且不探究这种说法的科学性，不过细细想来，自己特别喜欢吃的东西好像都没有超过我的尺寸。。呵呵
     
    有心情便会做些饭菜，或请朋友来，或自己一个人吃，也会在网上搜“老馋猫烹饪笔记”来细细研究。。倒也有趣。
     
     谁再说我不会做饭我跟谁急>_< (小莫做的腊肉拌黄瓜丝除外,呵呵)
